  Bespoke Relaxation Training Courses

  What will you do for us?

  Contact: One of our senior relaxation specialists will contact you by phone and by email to  introduce themselves and to confirm a mutually convenient appointment to visit you in   person, to discuss your needs and aspirations.

  Scope:  Our senior relaxation specialist will arrive, as agreed, at your place to conduct an   initial assessment of your needs, the general scope of your activities and to understand   and perhaps inform, your aspirations. Discussions will include:

• Where you are now?
• Where you want to be?
• How will you know when you have got there?

  Agree: We will then identify  a suitable structure for your  bespoke Health Recovery   System, including a timetable for delivery of training; equipment requirements; the scale   of ongoing support; describe further training available; our fees* and seek your agreement   to proceed.

  Deliver: Training and ongoing support will include a mixture of  on-site and on-line Staff   training in the Esencia Relaxation® Practitioner Course; on-going support and  mentoring; Further training is available including Mastering Esencia Relaxation®   Bodywork and an introduction to the Esencia Power Coaching™ model.  All of which will   enable your nominated team to deliver and sustain a significant cultural transformation   through improvements in personal resilience achieved through personal empowerment   and the deep relaxation experienced through Active Intensive Relaxation™.
